The Freddy Ecovac is designed to remove coolant, swarf and oil from machine tool sumps, separate the particulates and return filtered coolant for re–use or disposal. This process is done continuously, by using the power module for suction and an independent pump for return. Continuous suction and return The suction on the Ecovac can be very rapid, while the discharge allows pumping back at the same time. Independent filter The Ecovac’s independent filter enables swarf and solids to be collected and easily removed. Overfill prevention system The float assembly automatically stops suction whilst allowing the pump to continue discharging. Wheels and castors The wheel and castor combination enables the Ecovac to turn 360° within its own length. Chassis A fork lift under chassis is optional on all models. The Ecovac is available in 110v, 240v and 415v versions. |

Freddy Drum Adaptor Vacuum can be fitted to any 205 litre drum, making it ideal and highly effective for collecting bulk waste, including swarf, wood, plastics and liquids.
Designed and built to work in even the most arduous environments, the Drum Adaptor will continue to perform where other vacuums are full or not powerful enough for the task. Available with 2kw and 3kw motors. All are available in wet or dry versions. Waste can be bagged in the drum for ease of disposal and HEPA filters can be fitted where hazardous dusts are to be vacuumed. Drum Adaptor VacuumAccessories The large standard 76mm inlet has the facility to reduce to 50mm. This means either large waste or more standard items can be vacuumed, with a variety of hose types and tools. Filter The "SOCK" Filter System, with a large, easily cleaned surface, is standard with the Drum Adaptor. This ensures even air flow and highly efficient filtration. HEPA filters can also be fitted. Maneuverability The Drum Adaptor comes with its own castor base fitted with four wheels for safety and maneuverability

The Freddy Superminor is designed to remove coolant, swarf and oil from machine tool sumps, separate the particulates and return filtered coolant for re–use or disposal. This compact unit works in the narrowest entrances and confined spaces and incorporates all the benefits of much larger machines.
Suction and Return. The suction of the Superminor allows for rapid collection of solids and fluids while the return rate is also very fast.Interchangeable Drums. This feature enables one machine to deal with different types of fluid efficiently without cross contamination. Drums are available in steel or stainless steel. Overfill Prevention System. The float assembly automatically stops suction when the tank is full, protecting the motors. Motor Assembly. The bypass motors create vacuum for suction and pressure for return. Available in 110v, 240v and 415v. Two–Way Valve. Enables change from suction to blow by simply moving the two–way valve lever. Solid 14 inch Wheels. These allow the Superminor to be easily maneuvered, even over the roughest of factory floors.

Freddy Mark 5
The Freddy MK 5 is the latest version of a machine that has developed over 30 years and has always been the leader in its class. Its extraordinary versatility makes it still indispensable in today’s modern machine shop. All units are designed to remove coolant, swarf and oil from machine tool sumps, to separate the particulates and to return filtered coolant for re–use or disposal. Our considerable experience enables us to cater for specific customer applications, designing and supplying many bespoke products. Suction and return Suction rate of the MK 5 is over four litres per second. The return rate is approximately two litres per second.Tipping filter The MK 5 tipping filter facility enables quick and easy removal of waste in the filter basket. Overfill prevention system A float assembly automatically stops suction when the tank is full, protecting the motors. Motor assembly Motors and blowers create a vacuum for suction and pressure for return. Available in 110v, 240v and 415v. Four way valve To change from suck to blow simply move the four–way valve lever. The machine is immediately put into return mode, without having to stop the motors. Paintwork and hoses The paintwork and hoses meet British Standard Oil and Acid Resistant specification. The mobile units are available with powered traction, pedestrian or tow–bar options .

Tramp Oil Separator
The Freddy Tramp Oil Separator removes tramp oil and impurities from coolants and fluids in a variety of applications. These include machine tool sumps, component washing machines and process fluids from quench tanks. The Tramp Oil Separator runs continuously whilst the host machine is in operation, thus eliminating downtime. A new Freddy Mini–Tramp Oil Separator is now available for smaller applications. Both versions are available as electric or air operated units with UV filters to eliminate bacterial growth. Process:
Static Pick–up For use on machine tools where the fluid level remains constant in the sump. Magnetic Pick–up For use on sumps with limited access where the fluid level is changing. Twin Ball Pick–up For use on machine tools where the working height of the fluid is constantly changing in the sump. Underground Pick–up For use in sumps where there is limited access to the fluid and it is below ground level.

NO.1 in SUMP CLEANING SOLUTIONS
"Freddy" Mobile -Oily Water Separator or "sump sucker"
This product is designed to extend coolant and tool life and to make life easy for the operator.
It will improve component finish and reduce waste and downtime. It can be used for a variety of applications including coolant sumps, parts washing systems & quench tanks.
The Freddy is available as electric or air operated units with UV filters to eliminate bacterial growth.
Float and Pre-Filter Configuration Options
- Static Float. For use on machine tools where the fluid level remains constant in the sump.
- Magnetic Float. For use on sumps with limited access where the fluid level is changing.
- Twin Ball Float. For use on machine tools where the working height of the fluid is constantly changing in the sump.
- Underground Float. For use in sumps where there is limited access to the fluid and is below ground level.
Process:
- Contaminated coolant enters the pre-filter to remove large particles.
- Fluid is pumped to the top of the tank and passes down through the filter media
- Filter media removes tramp oil which is siphoned off into a collection vessel.
